About the Role
In the role as an operator for our two digital printers and a cutting table, you will be responsible for several tasks and usually have many balls in the air. The main tasks will include setting up and operating all machines, operator service, and contributing to order and cleanliness through 5S. You will report in Shopfloor. Important parts of the role include preventing and eliminating accident risks and systematically working with continuous improvements, as well as being a role model who acts in accordance with our values and continuously works to create involvement, motivation, and ownership.
About You
To succeed in this role, you need to have good data/system skills, a forklift license, and be able to read and understand work instructions and manufacturing orders.
However, the most important aspect is who you are as a person. We are looking for someone who is easy to collaborate with, while also being self-driven and able to navigate a varied daily routine. You work in a structured manner while maintaining a flexible approach, and you always prioritize safety and quality.
